Delivery and Returns


Transport and Delivery

Products are shipped from Lisboa, Portugal.
Standard shipping (up to 2 Kg) costs:
To mainland Portugal: 5.90 €
To Madeira and Azores: 8.9€
To Europe (T1): 16.85 €
Any other location: 17.65€
Outside the European Union all orders will have an associated shipping cost and may require the payment of customs costs, according to the country of delivery. Customs costs related to the country of delivery are responsibility and will be fully supported by the Buyer.

Delivery

Maudde sends the purchases products up to 7 days after payment is confirmed and to the delivery address indicated by the user. Delivery time is usually 5-10 business days after payment. Maudde is not responsible in any way by delays attributed to the the delivery company and/or customs of country of delivery. If the User doesn’t receive the requested item within 60 (sixty) days from the payment date please send an email to info@maudde.com informing us of the situation. After this period, Maudde cannot be held liable for the loss of the order.
Our delivery service doesn’t include a scheduled delivery option, the delivery will be made without previous contact. In order for the item to be delivered it is necessary to ensure someone is at the delivery address.  In the event of the carrier’s unavailability to deliver the products the Buyer will be contacted in any form the carrier sees fit to insure the delivery.
At the time of delivery the User must examine the package. If the User finds damaged products shouldn’t accept delivery and the package should be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible with photos, to the email info@maudde.com.
The delivery is considered completed with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

 

Returns

The User may exercise his right to withdraw as prescribed in the current Consumer and User Defense standard.
Purchases whose delivery has not yet been managed can be cancelled through the e-mail info@maudde.com and within a maximum period of 5 (five) business days the amounts paid by the Buyer will be refunded, using the same medium used to pay for the Product.

For purchases already sent, returns will be made according to the following procedure:
The User must send an email to info@maudde.com in order to return the product.
The User may return the item within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the delivery and the items must be received by Maudde within 21 (twenty one) days from the date of delivery provided that:

 

  1. The product(s) have not been used

  2. The product(s) retain their original characteristics and labels intact

  3. The product(s) are complete – all the materials that accompanies the order must be returned

The costs of returning the order are supported by the Buyer.

Once the returned product is received, Maudde will analyze and confirm the state of preservation of the product and, if applicable, refund within a maximum period of 10 (ten) business days the amounts paid by the Buyer, using the same medium used to pay for the Product.

If returned items show signs of use, Maudde reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse reimbursement.

Please note that these conditions are valid only for orders placed in Portugal. If your order was placed outside Portugal, please contact us at info@maudde.com.

 

Items not eligible for return

Swimwear cannot be returned.

All items that cannot be returned can be sold again at www.maudde.com.
